International Client Service is the unit within MERCAPLAN Central America that manages all business that involves a client of fieldwork outside of Honduras. The San Pedro Sula office is the base of this operation and programs all jobs in the region and recently in South America and Caribbean Countries. 

International Client Service is formed by a team of 6 executives with an average of 8 years experience in project design and management. Together, this team is able to provide service in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.

Main tasks of this team include: 

  • Project costing and pricing.
  • Methodology and questionnarie design and / or revision.
  • Coordination, set-up and management of fielwork to assure quality and punctuality. 
  • Comunication of periodical update to the clients as required. 
  • On going revision of the SEG classifications and instruments used to determine it in all countries.
  • Assuring comparability of the study results among countries.
  • Report writing and consolidation of results.
  • Final Presentations to the clients.
  • Follow Up.
