Carlos holds a degree in business administration from the Universidad de San Pedro Sula.

Previously involved in field work management since June 2005. He is responsible for supporting fieldwork activities in Central America. Experienced also in the Andina region. 

Supervises 6 country coordinators from Guatemala to Panama. This includes training, team improvement, auditing, and development of quality control procedures to be applied to supervisors and interviewers.

Oversees the administration of fieldwork teams, training an supervision of all supervisors and their interviewers. Defining sampling procedures in coordination with project managers and research executives. Responsible for programming timings of fieldwork adhering to specific dates and deadlines. Responsible for handling and checking all quotas are accomplished for each project. Responsible for elaborating status reports on each project assigned.
