MERCAPLAN Central America & Caribbean works in different projects for the following market research agencies:
We work with Kantar Millward Brown in Central America and the Caribbean. We are capable of running all off Kantar Millward Brown’s solutions including TV Link® (quantitative pre – testing), BrandDynamics® (brand equity), CrossMedia® (campaign performance), BrandExpress® (brand tracking); and qualitative solutions such as Pre –Link.
We work with Kantar TNS in Central America and the Caribbean for global, regional and local studies, some running year-round. We have provided full service support for Kantar TNS´s solutions such as Shopper, Segmentation, Matrix (opportunity detections), brand health and Workshops among others.
We have worked together running multi – country studies designed to provide insights and knowledge of brands in Central America and the Andean region. Sometimes we have only provided fieldwork, while in others instances we have provided full service, participating in all the research process (full -service). By sharing clients with extensive research needs, we have joined efforts to understand the different consumer segments using quantitative techniques
We have worked together in continuous studies (trackings) and ad- hoc studies for many years and in many Central American markets.
We have provided fieldwork and data entry in Central America for global studies, some of these studies are performed annually.
