Estrella has an academic background oriented to the area of ​​marketing and psychology with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from the University of the Ozarks in Arkansas, United States and a Master’s degree in International Business from the Next International Business University. School in Madrid, Spain.

She has management and coordination experience in qualitative and quantitative studies in Central America and the Caribbean. In the qualitative world she has vast experience in focus group moderation, in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, among others. And in the quantitative one she has developed brand health studies, use and consumption, concept / product test, advertising evaluation and adhoc studies for different categories.

She has led projects for different sectors such as mass consumption, telecommunications, alcoholic beverages, financial area, insurance, automotive sector, health, etc.
